cannot install plug-in after downloading 2.1 version. WP 4.0, Windows.. what should I do

    1. admin says:

      Hello bokkee,

Does it show any errors? Have you removed the old version first? You either uninstall and remove the old version first, or override the plugin via FTP. If you need help you can send me an email here: http://sakuraplugins.com/contact/ . It will help if you would create a user/pass for me so I can check it out.

      Regards

    Hi,
Is it possible to insert a gif animation or video as background on a landing page as home page?

    1. admin says:

Hello, no it’s not possible to insert GIF animation as background, however I plan to update the plugin to support videos for landing page’s slides.
      Regards

  3. Hello,

I am trying to animate an object onto the screen (for my landing page)like in the demo with the blue product. I have purchased the pro version. I am using a wootique theme. I have the most up to date version of word press. Should I see short codes while working within the plugin? If so, I don’t see any short codes. Can you tell me which short codes I need to put together in order to recreate the example of the blue object and text scrolling onto the screen. I saw short code examples in the documentation area…but can you just let me know the code examples used in your demo for that section so that I can use it as a template for myself and just make adjustments. Thanks.

      Hello,

Sorry for the delay, you’ll have to follow documentation, I plan to add new features to the plugin, the future release of the plugin will contain demo data so you can re-create the landing page that I’m using for the demo. Meanwhile you can find the code/text for that section here: http://sakuraplugins.com/temp/section-demo.txt . You can switch the editor to text, than paste the code/text, than switch the editor again to visual.

Hi, can i chahge the language of a plugin through the .mo files or anyway?

    1. admin says:

Hello, I’m sorry the plugin does not have a *.mo file, I’m using a lot of JavaScript to generate the admin UI, therefore would of been harder to implement translation from PHP. I’ll add this the list of new features for the next version. Regards

      1. Art says:

Thank you. How many domains can i use with 1 pro version license?

        1. admin says:

Hello, I believe Envato’s regular license refers to one domain.

  5. Bert says:

When I activate the plugin it breaks permalinks to pre-existing pages and content. I have WishList Member installed and the links to protected pages and content get broken when activating this plugin. I have the “pro” version of the plugin.

Any suggestions or ideas on how to resolve the permalink issue?

    1. admin says:

      Hello Bert,

The plugin indeed flushes the re-write rules only on activation, this is pretty common, every time you switch a theme that happens. However this should not affect any other permalinks. The documentation for this function can be found at WordPress codex docs ( http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/flush_rewrite_rules ) . I believe you must have another plugin or the theme itself must do something when the re-write rules flush happens.

If you really want to remove this action from my plugin you could open/edit: parallax_gravity/com/sakuraplugins/php/plugin_core.php and remove the highlighted here: http://share.pho.to/7lCmp and here: http://share.pho.to/7lCnA

    1. admin says:

Hello, it doesn’t work properly for you because of a TweenMax conflict, basically you have other plugins or the theme itself that loads an older version of TweenMax, I described the problem here: http://www.sakuraplugins.com/faq-support/, I’m working on a solution.

      Regards

WP Multisite compatible? (per site activated)

    Pre-made templates available?

    thanks

    1. admin says:

Hello, I did not test it on WP multisite, I don’t see why it should not work, you can send me an email and I can send you back a demo installer.
